We are always happy to process returns. We understand picking the right sizes and the right shapes for your projects may be tricky at times and mistakes happen.
We accept returns for items within 7 days of delivery date.
Return what you don’t need
You can send us all the shapes back, or only the ones that don’t work for you. Returned shapes have to be unused (unpainted, undecorated, and unaltered) and in the same condition as the ones you received.
Upon reception of the shapes, we will issue your refund right away. If you paid with a a credit card, the refund may take a few days to appear on your statement.
There are no restocking fees.
Shipping costs and return labels
Shipping costs are non refundable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
For the return of small shapes (ex: balls ø 6, 8, 10, or 12 mm), to save on postage cost, you can use a padded envelope or bubble mailer

Defective items / wrong order
We carefully inspect all orders that go out to our clients. But everybody makes mistakes and so do we sometime.
If your receive defective shapes, please send us a picture and we will gladly and promptly send you replacement shapes at no cost to you.
If we made a mistake preparing your order and we did not send you the right shapes, just send us a picture and we will quickly send you a new package at no cost to you.
